120 - 5133 Springs Boulevard

Rare opportunity to acquire TWC Pilates, a legacy anchor business serving South Delta for over 20 years from the Tsawwassen Springs Golf complex. Next to a physiotherapy clinic, the bright 2,192 sq. ft. studio has expansive windows overlooking landscaped gardens, creating a calm, premium setting. Operating under absentee ownership, the business has an experienced team, established systems and programs, and approximately 209 active members. Its loyal, stable clientele is primarily aged 50+, with programs for clients ranging from highly active to post-injury and special populations. The premises include a main reformer room for about seven clients, a small-group room for three to five, and a private one-on-one room. A secured lease runs to October 2030, with an additional five-year renewal option. Ideal for an owner-operator or investor seeking an established, management-supported wellness business.
